I forgot my privet note password !

You have 2 options when creating a notes password:

• Use your device passcode
• Create a unique passcode

If you create a unique passcode, there is no way to reset it. This is the relevant portion of the Support Article:

If you use a unique password for Notes, there is no way to access your locked notes if you forget the password. 

Click here and see the last section. This won't restore access to already-locked notes, but there isn't a limit to the number of times you can try guessing the old one.
