I have a AirTag but it was from my friend who gave it to me. Now I have reset it and my iPad says that its already Connected to Some Apple id but the beeping noise says its in setup mode. Does anyone know How to fix this?

Your friend did not remove this AirTag from their Apple ID. Until they do, no amount of resetting will resolve this issue. You will need to ask them to remove it. They will need to use the same iPhone they used to pair it, to remove it.
