Reject trade-in offer then take to store to evaluate computer I started a trade-in for my 2016 MacBook pro to upgrade to a new 2023 MacBook pro. My quote was $160 for the trade-in. Much to my dismay, the company that evaluated my machine came back with an offer of $0. They claim there is damage to the screen, burn-in marks, etc. This is a lie. I photographed and videoed the machine before shipping and there was no damage to it. I feel like I have been lied to by both the company that accepts the trade-ins and Apple. I've talked with customer support three times and have not gotten a satisfying answer. Would I be able to cancel my trade-in by rejecting their offer and then take it to my local Apple store to be evaluated again? Has anyone else had this issue?

MacBook pro repair I purchased a MacBook for my son in 2021 it took me 2 years to pay it. This week it turned off for no reason I took it to Apple Store they checked it and said need 600 hundred dollars to fix it !!! What is this ? What about people who can’t afford it this ? I can’t pay 600 hundred to fix !!! How they help people with limited budget !! I don’t know what is going after 2 years of purchasing apple devices the software or the devices shuts down to buy a new one devices ? Please let me know if there is anyway to ask to lower the price of the repair !!! Is store they said 600 hundred and hand me the Mac!!! It’s my son’s MacBook for school I can even afford to buy new one or repair this one !!! I am so disappointed not everyone can afford it !!! I just want if there is any department I can contact to negotiate the repairing price please ? Any help that will be great

2023 macbook pro defective??! I bought MacBook Pro 6/2023. It decided to randomly stop working. I took it into the Apple Store and they told its my keyboard, trackpad, camera and an angle sensor. Which was not caused by me. I was quoted a $750 flat rate fee to send it in for repair. Anyone else have this problem. I’m furious that I paid $2200 for it last year and now about $750 to get it fixed.

but if you are having issues, you can let us know what problem you are having. there may be someone here that can help you.
