Lines and a black spot on my Macbook Air screen

Hi. Vertical and horizontal lines, as well as a black spot have suddenly appeared on my macbook air. The laptop was not dropped, nor anything happened to lead to this. When I take a screenshot, the lines and spot do not appear on the image. I have tried restarting and shutting my laptop. What can I do? Thanks, Mari

If they do not appear in screen shot, then it is a reflection from something

Incorrect. It most likely means the LCD Panel of the built-in Display has the issue which is why the built-in display shows it, but not the external display (when display mirroring is enabled since both screens should show the same thing on them).

If the issue shows up on both displays (when mirrored), then it means it is most likely either a software issue or a GPU issue.
