MacBook Pro 13 screen black with lines

I was using my laptop this am and it was fine then all of a sudden the screen went black and has white lines. I do keep a hard case on it but did drop it a few weeks ago. It was fine and working perfectly until today. Is the screen shot?

Screen turned black with pink and purple lines? MacBook Pro I can see some of my desktop background at the very top, but most of my screen is black with colored lines. I’ve had no issues and closed it and came back after 15 min to this screen. What would cause this? Fixable?
