No”cancel option” under subscriptions on my I phonr

Trying to cancel Cardiac bot and Insight timer but following directions to Subscriptions—there is no cancellation option? TIA

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 17

If there is no cancellation option, it probably means you've already canceled it. Does it say something like "Expiring March 18"? If so, you need to nothing else.
