I just found a way to fix this problem. Go to your phones keypad and hold the number 1 until you are asked for your voicemail passcode enter your passcode that you used when you set up your voice mail you will get 2 options for retrieving deleted voicemails, but I just hung up and went to my voicemail clicked on greeting and it allowed me to set up a custom voicemail Hope this helps everyone
I just got a iPhone 15 pro a few days ago and realized today I had to reset my voicemail.I followed the directions on the phone which was set a pin then cho9se either a default or c7t9m greeting. I choose default because I wasnt where I could do a custom one. Now I want 5o do a custom one and I get this message the operation couldn’t be completed ( com.apple.mobilephone eror 1034) and the cog wheel up by retrieving greeting keeps spinning. Please help
