Apple Car Play Stuck on Active Call

Apple Car Play in 2023 Honda Accord is stuck on an active call. I've turned car off, disconnected the phone, restarted the phone, etc., but it still says it's on an active call. It will not let me change the radio or make other phone calls through ACP because it's still on the "active call."
