I would like to delete/remove Cricut app from my mac. When I go to finder and hold down the option key i am not given the option to delete this app. How can I delete it?

Find the app in the Applications folder (Finder "Go" menu > Applications) and then enter drag the application to the trash or hold down the control key (not the option key) click on the app and then click "Move to trash."

The only apps you can remove like that are ones you added from the Mac App Store.
If the app came as a file you copied into your Applications folder, follow FoxFifth instructions.
If you use a package installer to add an app, you must use the developer's uninstaller.
