No notification sound when phone is locked my iPhone 13 uses the latest software (17) and I don’t receive sound notifications from any apps except iMessage when the screen is locked. Do not disturb is off. Everything to allow notifications is on.
I’ve checked everything. I don’t receive notifications (sounds or previews) on my watch anymore either. Apple support is not helpful. They suggested it’s an app problem but surely it can’t be since it’s all apps.
