How to find virtual card details (NOT Apple Card)

When you add a credit/debit card to Apple Wallet, it creates a "virtual card" with a different number, and that is what appears on payment receipts (but only the last 4 digits). There are cases (e.g. to register online in order to obtain a discounted fare on Swedish public transport) where it is necessary to have the full card details, i.e. 16 digit card number, expiry date and CVV. How is it possible to obtain these details for the virtual card, please? The method that apparently works for Apple Card just shows the last four digits of both physical and virtual cards.
