Condensation under camera lens

I dropped my phone a while back and the glass on the back is cracked, it wasn’t a very big deal to me until I went to take a picture and my camera was all fogged up and there was condensation under the lens. I would just like to know what the problem is and how much would it cost to get it fixed?
