Wondering where you have looked for the eid number ....

Eg: Try Settings > General > About

Look in section 3, under Wi-Fi Address, Bluetooth, Modem Firmware, SEID and next you should see the EID

or

You can also find the EID on the back of the box your iPhone was packaged in.
