Unable to Update/Download Whatsapp Business iPhone
Hi there,
Whatsapp business is a crucial channel for our business & customers where we get orders from.
All of a sudden the other day we weren't able to go into the app - it looked like it needed to be updated. However, when we try update it; and no matter what we do - the download/update won't even start.
We've tried everything. We switched the phone on and off to no avail, we've tried to add new billing details to our apple/icloud account but to no avail. We cant update the software (general software update) on iphone to ios16.7.5 - it just says cancelled even though connected to wifi and fully charged and pluged into the charger.
We tried to delete whatsapp business and redownload it and same thing - just loading - but the download won't even start; its just says "waiting" under the app for days. We've been doing this for days and need a resolve. Is there a quick fix, or do we potentially need to take it in for tech support @ the apple store?
It's an iphone 8 with ios 16.3.
