AirPods Pro picking up background noise on call

So it looks like they have closed off the topic linked below, But the background noise my AirpodsProd picks up makes them practically unusable outside of a quite room. Is Apple seriously just going to ignore all the complaints?

Everyone still seems to be having trouble with making phone calls with your AirPod pros? Every time I talk with someone through my AirPods, they complain about how LOUD everything is on my end. Not only do they pick up ambient background noise, but for some reason they seem to amplify these sounds as well. I can be doing something as minute as unzipping my backpack while I’m on the phone and my friends will express how irritating the sound is. What do I do? My devices are all up to date. I’ve tried the “forget AirPods Pro” trick in the Bluetooth menu. I hate that there has still not been a fix for this to my knowledge ? surely Apple engineers have to address or recall them as its a fault & or provide an open statement confirming the issue & noise cancellation property’s so widely sold, only work one way… & are amplified to 3rd party callers 🤷‍♂️

Loud Sounds Reduction on Airpods Pro 2 seems to be malfunctioning The past 3 days, when using my airpods pro 2 (lightning) I’ve noticed that when the loud sounds reduction is toggled on, it seems to remove almost all sounds, regardless of loudness. If I switch loud sounds reduction off, the airpods seem to perform as normal. Was there a firmware recently? Is anyone else noticing this with their airpods pro 2?

AirPods random volume change my AirPods Pro 2’s randomly make the volume go to max while I listen to music and it is really annoying. Is there a setting to stop this from happening?
