iPad signed into Apple ID that no longer exists


I have an iPad that was set up using *******@*********.*** account that is no longer active. It as not a problem until my son set up find my computer. So now when i try to go into the ipad it asks for the password associated with the bell south account that is no longer supported and i do not know the old password.

The Apple ID that uses the Bellsouth email continue to be active and functional regardless of the status of email account and has no real ties to it.


If you don't remember the password for the Apple ID (not necessarily the same one as the email account unless you used the same one), you will need to request an Account recovery procedure to get back into it, as without it, you won't be able to access the iPad again.
