Screen Time is Disabled on iPhone and iPad … Can’t Turn it Off on Watch

I had a screen time scheduled across all devices. I turned off the schedule on both iPhone AND iPad. But it still kicks in on my Watch? How to get my watch back to functioning?

Why are my Apple Watch apps blocked by Screen Time? I turned on Screen Time’s “share across devices” setting to share my metrics between my phone and iPad. Open the Apple Watch app on the iPhone used to manage the watch.
Tap My Watch, tap Family Watches, tap a watch, then tap Done.
Go to Screen Time and adjust as appropriate.
