Coconut point apple store

I made an appointment at coconut point apple store here in Florida for 6pm to have my moms phone looked at , they cancelled our appointment but told us we were still in line to be seen. We stood there and were ignored and brought up another guy who had no appointment and took care of him first. No one acknowledge us at all and i left and told the guy we will spend our money else where, we were gonna spend about $3,000. You guy's gotta get better customer service or you will lose more customers!

Who do I complain to? I have just had the worse experience!! I have been an Apple phone user for over 15 years and today I went to the Apple Store in Trafford centre/Manchester and it’s my first time in an actual Apple Store ever! I was faced with a rude and arrogant employee who claimed he was the store manager and his name was Ian who rudely told me to come back in 2.30 hours before allowing me to explain what was wrong with my phone. I feel absolutely disgusted by this behaviour. Who do I complain to if he claimed he was the store manager and what do I need to do? I am seriously considering to throw away my iPhone and never spend any money with Apple again.

Bad mood, rudeness at Boca Town Center Store Good afternoon, my mom got an appointment for a phone repair at Boca Town Center Apple Store at 12:45 today. She arrived on time and try to check-in with the lady at the front door. She was totally rude with her, my mom was confused thing the appointment was under my name, in fact was in her name. The lady didn’t try that look for her name. I arrived exactly 5 minutes after the appointment, when I spoke with my mom she was really shocked the way the lady spoke with her. In order to break the ice and just get the problem solve I spoke with the same person smiling and being gentil. She told me that my appointment was canceled. I respectfully asked way, if my mom was here at the right time and I was only 5 minutes late. I was trying to understand if this is standard or she cancelled the appoint on her end after being disrespectful with her. She said that I was 20 minutes late which was totally not true, and the system automatically cancel the appointments after that. I was 5 minutes late and I staid waiting 2 feet’s in front of her waiting to be called by her while she was attending another client. I ask to speak with the manager which also treated me exactly the same way. He also said that I was lying. So I asked to confirm on the cameras if he had any doubts and that I’m not a liar. Its absurd had to defend my honesty at Apple Store and being treated like that. I don’t want to said what I thing it was because we live in a very difficult world right now, but I respectfully ask apple to take a look on the cameras and ask for this both employees be a little more inclusive and treat EVERYONE on the same way. I remember the day when smiling was a requirement to work in this place. The event happened and Boca Raton Town Center Store on January 31st exactly 12:45 I was wearing a blue shirt and blue short. thank you
