Hi There. I have a client with a very tricky query.
Client wants to delete an App in his iCloud Account.
How does one delete an App in iCloud. App is deleted in the iOS App Library & in Home Screen.
So they would like to delete the app permanently, meaning completely removed from purchase history.
Is this possible by any chance?

Apps cannot be stored in iCloud. The cloud icon with a down arrow in Purchases indicates that the app has been previously downloaded and can be downloaded again from the App Store.
It is not possible to delete apps from purchase history. However, they can be hidden. See the following from Apple Support: Hide App Store purchases - Apple Support
