Replacing iPhone 12 Pro Max battery

I had a broken back glass so I had replaced it third party as Apple rejected to replace just the back panel. Now I have to replace the battery as the battery health is 77%. I have visited the Apple authorized service provider and they’ve rejected to replace the battery for me. How am I supposed to replace the battery now.
