Which go to My Verizon to switch to a new iPhone 14 Plus, the website asks for the IMEI number and the next page asks for my esim number. Can someone explain which number it is?

The number they want is just below the IMEI. Settings>General>About>ICCID. That's the technical designation for the SIM number.
