On my Mac mini in Sonoma, why might an MP4 video not display the Airdrop icon? The video is 1280x720, H264, AAC.

When I open this video in Quicktime on Catalina, there is no Airplay icon, but on another Mac in Big Sur, it displays the Airplay icon without a problem and plays the video without a problem.

On the problem Mac, I've got other videos of the same dimensions and codecs on this Mac Mini that also show the Airplay icon. It's just missing only for this specific movie.

The version of QuickTime is 10.5

Computer: Mac Mini M1: 16 GB Ram

Sonoma 14.2.1
