which Iphone doesn’t have OIS and AF
Because i want to use it on my motorbike without damaging the camera
I believe all current iPhones have OIS and AF.

You can choose whatever works best for you. If you choose to mount the phone on a motorbike, you might not want an iPhone. But no one is forcing you to do anything.
