Apple Watch won’t charge
I’ve tried all the steps on the apple help and it still has the red bolt and the time. It won’t reset when I hold the crown and side button at the same time either.

It will not reset until it has enough power. The red lightning bolt says it is on reserve power and running on fumes.
Try another charger brick, and another charge puck if you have one or can borrow one, else if no better take both watch and charger to an Apple store.
