I am importing two vertical videos to Final Cut Pro and one of them comes through horizontal. This video has never been horizontal and shows up as vertical everywhere else I open it. Then when I try to use the Transform tool to rotate it nothing pops up to let me adjust it.
Any Ideas?

Select the clip in Finder and press Command-I. Post a screenshot.
Did you add the clip to a project? You can't rotate it in the browser.
What does it say in FCP Info Inspector about this clip?
Again, did you add it to a project? Is the project vertical too?
Press Command-J.
Please post screenshots of what you see in the Inspector, and
in the Viewer with the Transform Tool selected.
Final Cut Pro rotates my clip and won't let me change it.
