YouTube getting around Parental lock! How?
I have screen time and locks on my childs phone, yet late at night, only 1 app (and a game) is not greyed out with the timer, it's YouTube.
a) Why is this?
and b) how do I lock it with all other apps?

Have you set YouTube as always Allowed under Screen Time?
Downtime and App Limits are independent features within the iPhone Screen Time settings. You can use them separately or together, depending on your preferences and needs.
If you have both features configured, the restrictions imposed by Downtime and App Limits may overlap during the scheduled Downtime. For example, if you set an App Limit for a specific app and it's also within a Downtime period, access to that app will be restricted.
To configure Downtime and App Limits, you can go to your iPhone's Settings app, select "Screen Time," and then navigate to the respective sections for Downtime and App Limits.
ok, I'm happy to then ignore app time limit. If I turn it off, would you say then all apps, except ones I allow 'after hours' will stop at the designated time?
Also, am I better doing all these settings directly on my kids phone under screen time area (my password protected), or from my phone under family area? Is there any difference?
