App Widgets not showing on watch to add to stack

Installed apps are showing in list mode. However, when I go to add apps to my stack, they are not showing to be added or to pin. They are supported by the Apple Watch, installed, and shown on my watch face in the list. However, I want them in my stack so I can easily tap them for prescribing and two-factor authenticating. Can anyone help me?

My Apple watch 7 side button no longer shows my favourites app I have an Apple watch 7 which after the last update to ISO 10.1.1 no longer shows my favourite apps when I press the side button. Instead it shows the stuff that used to be at the bottom of the watch if I swiped up. Also on my iPhone 11 ISO 17.1.1 the watch app no longer had the Dock feature. Plus how do you off load apps you don't want on the watch? I tried going to the app & tapping off "Show App on Apple Watch" but nothing happens.

App view as List on Apple Watch is not working My Apple Watch allows me to switch to app list view from grid view, but it does not allow access to the apps. They do not scroll up and down either. When I hit one of the apps that actually shows in list view, it does not respond. I have to keep it in Gris view to access apps, but prefer list mode. It was working fine a couple of days ago.

Can't install apps to iWatch from iPhone After pairing my watch (6) with the iPhone (14 pro) I can't install apps to the watch from the iPhone (Watch menu). It starts processing and I can double tap the button on the watch but after that the process recedes. Doesn't matter which app I try to install. Also, the apps previously were installed to the watch but after pairing it up with a new phone I wasn't able to reinstall them. It's odd that I'm able to install those apps straight in the watch from the App store.
