Ideleted the clock app from my phone and am not able to restore it.

Two places to check to make the Clock app available again on your iPhone.
1) The Clock app be deleted or it can be removed from the Home Screen. It is probably accidentally removed from the Home Screen, however, still exists in the App Library. The App Library is the last Home Screen on your iPhone when you continue to SWIPE LEFT until you reach it. Once you are in the App Library, then you can search and find the Clock app. Once found, then you can DRAG the app out of there and place it on your favorite spot of the Home Screen.
2) If the Clock app is not in the App Library when you checked as shown above, then it is probably deleted and you will have to download it again form the App Store app.
