Hearing aids and Apple TV 4k streaming
Can you pair, or stream share, MFi hearing aids with Apple TV 4k?

Without knowing what aids you wear…for some MFi hearings aids (I.e. Oticon More & Resound Enzo) in my experience they cannot be paired with an Apple TV at present. Most hearing aids manufacturers supply their own devices (Oticon TV Adapter etc.) that would stream audio from your tv to your aids.
We are slowly seeing Apples roll out for streaming to MFi aids on the newer Mac platforms and hopefully this feature will become available on the Apple TV

Thanks to both of you for the suggestions. I would probably buy any brand that could do share streaming to my wife's Beats headphones and hearing aids, but as you both suggest, it doesn't appear that's an option at this time. I did try the process from Apple, but it did not work. Others are are also surmising it's lack of native compatibility due to MFI Bluetooth. If I were to choose a brand with a streaming accessory, I don't think any support shared streaming to two devices.
MFi hearing aids tv streamers basically streams audio directly from the telly to the hearing aids, not via Apple TV Bluetooth therefore would not interfere with your wife’s beats headphones.
What MFI aids do you have?

Am no expert in this area, and Apple does not seem to include Apple TV in it's articles about MFI hearing aids.
Wondering if you may be able to use the method in this article (link below) to use your hearing aids with Apple TV

I’m aware that you have returned the hearing aids, did you try the TV Adapter by Philips (they’re exactly the same as Oticon but with a Philips badge!)?

I had Phillips HearLink purchased through Costco. I returned them at 6 months because of this Apple streaming problem and I wasn't happy with the noise reduction. I live in a windy area and the noise reduction seemed to amplify the wind making hearing nearly impossible when outside on windy days.
