I’m leaving At&T going to Mint Mobile , how do I make the change without loosing current info on my phone ? Thank you any information will help as I don’t won’t to loose any contacts, calendar or notes currently stored in my phone .. I do have iCloud but really don’t now how it works or how to access .. sorry old retiree here ..
Changing carriers will not affect the data on you phone.
You must check with your current carrier to see if the phone is SIM locked to them.
Only the carrier can unlock your phone if it locked.
