The easiest way to do this is to delete the account from your iPhone and add it back with the new credentials. It should take you about two minutes. Settings>Mail>Accounts.

Trying to just change the password, as suggested above, rarely works.

No worries – updating your email password on your iPhone is relatively straightforward. Here's a quick guide on how to do that:

1. Access Password Settings: On your iPhone, navigate to the Settings app.

2. Accounts & Passwords or Mail: Depending on your iOS version, the option may be labeled as "Accounts & Passwords" or "Mail." Tap on this setting to continue.

3. Select Your Email Account: You'll see a list of your email accounts. Tap on the email account for which you've just changed the password.

4. Update Password: After selecting your email account, you should see the email address, description, and other settings for your account. Look for the field that says "Password" and tap on it to update your password.

5. Enter New Password: Once you tap on the "Password" field, you'll be prompted to enter your new email password. Type in your updated email password and then tap "Done" or "Save" to confirm the change.

After completing these steps, your iPhone's email app should now be updated with your new password. The device will use this updated password to access your email account.

If you use multiple email accounts on your iPhone, make sure to repeat these steps for any other email accounts for which you've updated the password.

I hope this helps
