i cannot find the esim option on my iphone 11 promax at all.

yes it's dual sim.
Then, your iPhone version was manufactured for use in China, Hong Kong and Macau. There is no eSIM capability in a Dual SIM iPhone.
do you have a double sided SIM tray? You may have a chinese model

i don't have the "add esim" option in mobile service
