How do I enable the eSIM feature on iPhone 15 Pro Max?

How do I rectify this to add an eSim?

Apple uses two model numbers to identity, the one you provided is much more precise that only Apple uses, we use the other more simpler one. But if you have 2 nano-SIM cards, then your iPhone was manufactured for Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao, meaning you don't have eSIM capabilities.

Yes, that model is intended for sale in Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao, which do not support eSIM.
That phone was most likely originally sold in Hong Kong. It does not have an eSIM. It can accept 2 physical nano-SIM cards
Go to Settings > General > About, tap the Model Number to get the other one, which will be 5 digits starting with A. Please supply us with that.
