How do I correct blinking light and blank screen on Apple TV 4K HDR 32GB?

How exactly is the light blinking? fast?, slow?, only when you press a button on the remote?

Try disconnecting the Apple TV from power fro 10 seconds, then plugging it in again and see if it starts up correctly.

No, there is no reset button on the TV.
If it just won't boot up, and stays with the slow blink, you may need ot take it to an Apple Store for diagnosis and repair.

The light blinks slowly - like in start-up mode, but it blinks continuously. The screen never displays the logo or the apps. I have unplugged several times for varying lengths of time and I have used different plugs and cables, even different TVs where other Apple TV boxes are functioning normally. It's like it never boots up. There is no "reset" button on the unit that I can find.

I have worked through the suggested steps for trouble shooting the unit. Nothing has helped and so I'm taking it to an authorized Apple TV repair representative as the next (last?) step.
