Today I got the Apple TV+ free trial. Streaming with the Apple TV+ app from iphone 12pro or iPadpro gives a constant error message “there is a problem loading this content”. Does not matter which tv show I want to stream. I can not find a solution, anybody? The Apple TV device I have is an older model which works fine with Netflix and Amazon prime and ZiggoTV when using Apple airplay.

If you have the Apple TV box, then use the on-device apps, instead of AirPlay. Would seem much more convenient to me.
If you are going to use AirPlay, then prefer in-app AirPlay controls over device-wide screen mirroring.

Your selected relevant device says “Apple TV 4K, tvOS 17”, which is very much current and up-to-date.

Netflix doesn’t support AirPlay anymore since early 2019.
Thanks that was an error my Apple TV is Apple TV 3rd generation. Yes Netflix works but through the Apple TV Netflix app directly, my mistake.
