Our family of five is set up for Family Sharing. When one of my kids downloads an app, my oldest daughter's (24) iPhone automatically downloads the app. Yes, her automatic app downloads in the settings of the App Store are turned off. What is happening? How do we fix it?

Unfortunately, that is not our issue. We do allow purchase sharing in our family group, but we have automatic downloads turned off so we can choose if we want to download an app someone else has purchased. It is not working correctly for only one member of our five member family group.
