My health app on my phone is showing kg and cm however my Apple Watch is showing feet & pounds. I have viewed different discussions but can not find a solution to this problem. Please help 🙏

Open your iPhone’s Watch app. Go to My Watch on the bottom and be certain both these are set to “Mirror my iPhone”.
Thanks for your response, I can confirm both are set to mirror iPhone yet my iPhone health app shows kg & cm yet when I go to fitness app my height & weight are showing feet and pounds
Change Apple Watch height & body weight to Cm & Kg?
