apple watch ultra 2 is displaying wrong health id data

when accessing health data such as height and weight. Watch is displaying height in feet and phone in meters. Also data is wrong for the height. On my phone all details are correct. 180 m and 69kg. On watch. 6feet and 69kg. Updated on health app and watch app on phone. But still issues with health data on watch.

Ok. So after a few minutes on the phone with a senior. No progress. But. When I changed region to France. Data matched data from iPhone and watch app. Now the funny thing is. Is that there are no in betweens. Only feets. No inches. The height in feet just jumps. So 180 cm which is approximately 5.11 shows up as 6 feet. I changed to 170 cm and it still shows on the watch as 6 feet. And 160 cm. Shows as 5 feet. Big buggy there I’m afraid. I’m just wondering if people in the UK are experiencing this.
