Celsius to fahrenheit

Apple Watch updated, came back in metric and Celsius in weather app there is no function display to change C/F. Can someone enlighten me please ?

Open your iPhone’s Watch app. Go to My Watch on the bottom and be certain both these are set to “Mirror my iPhone”.
