Unable to change temperature from F to C on Apple Watch
I have read that this should be done on your iPhone by doing it in weather. Not working in my case. Any suggestions

Same thing here. Changing the unit in the Weather app on the iPhone doesn’t change it on the Apple Watch, even after force restarting the latter. An alternative would be to change the unit on the iPhone in Settings > General > Language & Region > Temperature.
