Is there any way to update your Apple Watch without Wi-Fi? I do not have Wi-Fi nor do I have access to Wi-Fi in my every day life. I live way out in the country, so can you update your Apple Watch without Wi-Fi?

In your original post you say you do not have WiFi.
The Apple Watch requires WiFi to update.
If you can enable your iPhone as a Hotspot, that might work, but I am unsure.

Another approach might be if you can have your Mac use the iPhone Hotspot, and then have the Mac enable Internet sharing via System Settings.
You could get a MiFi device from your cellular provider and set up WiFi for the time you need it.
You could visit an Apple Store and ask them for aid and assistance.
You could visit a neighbor or family member that does have WiFi

Give your iPhone's internet to your Mac via USB cable. Share Mac's internet by enabling internet sharing in system settings. Connect both iPhone and Apple Watch to Mac's network using Wi-FI and then update. Worked for me.

Well Mr. Bob, could you please pretty please tell me how to do it because every time I try to update my watch since the last phone update my watch is not working properly. Everything is on a delay and when I try to update it, it will not do it. It keeps telling me that it has to be on Wi-Fi And I don’t know how to make it go past that because it will not let me click on download anyway and I’ve tried a half a dozen times in the last week and each time I get the same response, so how do I make it work when I can’t click the download anyway it’s shadowed and non-clickable ….. please? Have mercy on me I’m an old lady. There were no computers when I was in school. I’m doing the best I can with the faculties that I have left not only in my old, but I also was run over literally and had a pretty decent TBI.
so I would truly appreciate the advice and information…. please?!?!

tried the hotspot the other day that did not work.
I don’t have any neighbors within a 5 mile radius, and I am the last one left of my family
and since apparently, it has to be on Wi-Fi I’m going to have to go to a coffee shop somewhere. I think there’s a Starbucks about 30 miles away. Anyway, thank you so very much for trying!
