Screen Time Restrictions Grayed Out

I'm trying to manage Content and Privacy Restrictions for my daughter from my phone but it's grayed out. We have Family Sharing. She has ios17 and I have ios12. I'm set up as the Organizer. Everything else in Screen Time works from my phone and changes can be made but I can't make changes to Content and Privacy Restrictions. How can I fix this?

Content & privacy restrictions is gray out on parent phone Hello, I have Screen Time set up through Family Sharing on my iPhone. When I enter into my child's Screen Time settings from my phone, the Content & Privacy Restrictions area is grayed out. All of the other areas in Screen Time are accessible to me. I can, however, go onto my child's phone and access Content & Privacy. It's only grayed out on my phone. Any advice on how I can gain access to this area on my phone? I have the same set up on a second child phone that works fine. No issues. Thank you!

Parental Screen Time Controls / content Restrictions turning off April 2023 The Screen Time settings and especially the content & privacy restrictions keep resetting, turning off ALL of the restrictions for All of my kids phones and their iPads. The content & privacy restrictions turn off WITHOUT the screen time password being entered. They turn off EVERY TIME their phone or phone pad is turned off and turned back on again. All their devices are updated. Everything is shared across all devices linked to their iCloud account. We’re all under one family. There’s no reason for this. why does this keep happening?? This is the reason we got iPads and iPhones instead of their cheaper counterparts. I am considering switching them all to android’s because I hear they don’t have any issues with restrictions.

why is com.apple.control showing in screen time? I see com.apple.control showing a large duration of screen time usage, but when I click on screen time it’s nowhere to be found? I don’t have family sharing set up on my iCloud, it’s just me.
