How do you disable the keyboard on Apple Vision Pro

When using the Magic Keyboard with Apple Vision Pro there is a small on-screen keyboard. It is very distracting and I would like to disable it. I have gone through a variety of settings, but no luck. How do you disable this keyboard?

On mine, when I start typing on the physical keyboard, the floating keyboard disappears.

It might be a setting, I'm not sure.
