Watch Battery Life Unacceptable…anyone else!? Desperate for a fix!

I bought a new Nike watch in December hoping to solve my battery life issues, after having Nike watch for four years previously. It’s Feb 2nd and I am beyond frustrated, disappointed and ready to go to Garmin! Today, put me over the edge, I worked out, did my normal work routine and battery dead at 3pm. Recharged to 100% and died in less than two hours. I have done all the suggested fixes—-nothing works! My last update was 10.3. Does anyone know if there any fix? Or is my iwatch chapter over?

Thanks! Turned off always on and did call with Apple Support. They ran a diagnostic and battery is good. They had me turn off optimized charging in battery health. Apparently all the travel for work can throw off how the optimized charging is supposed to work. That’s the latest, and monitoring battery percentage.

Turn off the always on display. Absolute killer. If that doesn’t resolve it, I think you have something defective. Always on reduced my battery life to a day, swapping that out added another half day or so. Funny you mention Garmin. I just bit the bullet today on the Ultra 2 for its Trainer Road integration, longer life and Apple integration. Otherwise I was going Fenix 7.
