iCloud did not fully sync goodnotes after factory rest for software issues
Good evening,
Recently I went to the Apple Store to get software installed by factory rest since I was having battery life issues. At the store, I backed my iPad up on iCloud with my goodnotes, but after reinstating it on the iPad after the rest, I am having blank files in good notes. Is there a way to back the original files ? The blank files are empty, the ones with an image are full of my old notes.
