Installation Error - Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 19.0.0

I am trying to install Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 19.0.0 on my Mac running Sonoma 14.3 (23D56). I get Installation failed message. To be precise it says "The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance".

I thought it could be an issue with the package I downloaded. I tried the same version from multiple sources, I get the same installation failure error message. Any idea what's going wrong and how I can fix it?
