Vibrate when Someone Answers or Ends an Outgoing Call in I Phone 15

How to enable vibration when someone answers the call in I Phone 15

lets say i am keeping the phone in hand and walking or doing some of my daily task and i have dialed a number, how will i know the call is being answered , it happens that the other party is speaking something and i am not known that the call is being answered and its not in ringing mode.

i would request to please provide a feature like a beep or vibration option in i phone 15 which should indicate when the call is being answered, and when the call is being ended.
