Ipad Mini 6Gen Won't Exit Guided Access

My son's speech device is an IPad Mini 6Gen that I just purchased last month. This device is dedicated to being his voice running ProLoQuo2Go. It is in 'guided access' and when prompted to enter the code, the number pad will not work. Please help! This is my disabled child's only means of communicating.

The Accessibility Voice Over tutorial has locked up my iPad Pro I was looking at the Accessibility Voiceover tutorial and it was behaving in a very funky way so I tried to turn it off, but it has locked up my iPad. I powered off to see if that would help and also tried the directions I saw for iPhone lock ups which didn't help either. pressing the volume up button then down and finally holding the top button until the Apple appears. That didn't help. Any idea on next steps?

Guided Access - Is there a way to make the passcode alphanumeric? I have a client using the ipad mini for communication, we need to lock him into the speech generation app using guided access, but this kid is incredibly code savvy and can crack it if it's just a number. Is there a way to make the guided access code alphanumeric?

Voice over on a locked IPad Pro I was experimenting with the voice over option IPad Pro and now cannot turn it off. The IPad is locked so that I can’t even put on my code. It just keeps saying the numbers as I click on them but not inputting the actual code. No Home button of course. Hello please!
