Then your data is likely stored in iCloud. Check in iCloud by going to Settings > [name on top] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage. If you see the app name, then tap on it and choose "Delete Data from iCloud".
The other option is to go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and see if you can find the app. When you tap on it, you should see how much data is being stored and a button to Delete the app. Below that button it says the app and all of its data will be deleted and it cannot be undone. I honestly don't know any difference from deleting the app here compared to the normal way to delete an app.
If you want to provide the name of the app, I can try and do some more testing on my device. I assume the app does not have a sign in page that would store the data on their servers.
You can delete the app that the data corresponds to and that will delete that app’s data as well. You may also shutdown and reboot to complete the process.

you can try to delete it from the Keychain manager if you did find the saved account there. deleting the app data won't help with deleting the accounts saved in your device.
Did u find an answer cuz on Apple once I delete the app. If I try install again I don’t get a fresh app. But the app that I previously used. I don’t understand how to fix this issue. Especially on games.

i tried that too earlier, still the same.
Facing same issue, have deleted Metatrader 5 many time. Even from iCloud and all that but data is still there😕
