Delete the app and the data will also be deleted. You can redownload the app from the App Store. Some apps may have an option to erase the data in Settings for the app, but it is strictly up to the developer if they want to do that.

The other option is to go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and see if you can find the app. When you tap on it, you should see how much data is being stored and a button to Delete the app. Below that button it says the app and all of its data will be deleted and it cannot be undone. I honestly don't know any difference from deleting the app here compared to the normal way to delete an app.


If you want to provide the name of the app, I can try and do some more testing on my device. I assume the app does not have a sign in page that would store the data on their servers.
