express send Wells Fargo

I have been using Wells Fargo express send for about 5 years no problems, in the last year I have not been able to send through my apple laptop, I enter in send to another country, pick person to send to, put in the amount, then it won't let me accept it it is greyed out not highlighted, I have safari, current browser safari Sonoma 14.2.1, Wells Fargo says you need at least 11.0, they just say put a chrome or Microsoft browsers, that's not going to happen on my computer. any thoughts?
